I'm using this one even more than the other one - soups, ice cream/sorbet, smoothies galore. I used to use the old Vitamix 4000 to make bread dough and will have to try it with the new one. I would give up every kitchen item but not my Vitamixer. What an investment and customer service is great [and the warranty as well]. And I am getting healthier as well. |
