We started juicing 2-3 times a day and it worked great! After 2 weeks of using the nutri bullet it stopped working. I am sending it back and am in the market for a more durable juicer. It is super easy to use, clean and store. Really no mess no fuss. I'm thinking about buying another one to keep at the office. 1 of 1 people found the following review helpful  Returned after 3 days, February 19, 2013 This review is from: Nutri Bullet 1201 First it smelled strongly like the motor was burning. I emailed to ask about that. Next the seal on the cup came off while blending and wrapped around the blade. This caused the contents to spray out everywhere. I returned it. Four days after I returned it, seven days after I emailed them, I received a response from Nutri Bullet that stated that the strong burning smell was normal and at you shouldn't run it for more than a minute. I can see a slight smell from a new appliance as being normal, but this smelled like it was about to set fire. If I had to guess, they didn't even read my email, just scanned it for key words and sent a preloaded response. Help other customers find the most helpful reviews Was this review helpful to you? |
